Order your Prom Memories Prints now - safely and securely using PayPal!

Your Prom Memories Print can be personalised with your name (see example above). If ordering either 5 or 10 copies, then please supply each person’s name so that they have their very own, personal print.

Each Prom Memories Print is digitally printed full colour onto good quality, A3 size (420mm x 297mm) Gloss or Silk paper, 210gsm in weight, ready to be framed. Simply send us 10 to 15 of your high resolution images, preferably as JPEG files. As a rough guide, the file size of each image should be in the region of 500KB to 1MB or more.

Prices start from £29.95 for one print but become considerably cheaper if you order either 5 or 10 copies of your Prom Memories Print. So why not get together with either 5 or 10 of your friends, select a mix of your prints featuring everyone and get your Prom Memories Prints for less!

1 x Prom Memories Print (1 copy of one type): £29.95 each plus packing & postage.
5 x Prom Memories Prints (5 copies of one type): £19.95 each plus packing & postage.
10 x Prom Memories Prints (10 copies of one type): £9.95 each plus packing & postage.

Ordering
Order your prints safely and securely using PayPal below. Please note that payments will be made to Imagine Design Associates Limited, our parent company.

Once we receive your order and payment, we will send you an email with a password and link to your personal Folder in our Dropbox account. You can then upload your images into your Folder. Please put all your images in a clearly identified Folder and Zip the Folder before uploading. Once we receive your photos we can start producing your very own Prom Memories Print. If you have any queries or problems then please don’t hesitate to contact us by email.

We will endeavour to produce your Prom Memories Print as quickly as possible. However, as all our Prom Memories Prints are individually made, please allow between 10-14 working days for delivery from date of order confirmation and receipt of your image files.

Packing and Postage

Packing and Postage is £4.40 First Class within the UK. Your Prom Memories Print(s) will be packed in a sturdy, spiral-bound, recycled cardboard postal tube ensuring your Prom Memories Print(s) will be delivered to you safe and damage free.

Orders for 5 or 10 copies will be packed into one Postal Tube and delivered to one UK address only.

Returns, Cancellations or Exchanges

Please note, we DO NOT accept Returns or Cancellations on Prom Memories Prints as they are individually produced.

We only offer Exchanges if your Prom Memories Print(s) has/have been damaged on delivery and this has been registered on acceptance of delivery. We must be notified of any damage within 7 days of your receipt. Please return your damaged Prom Memories Print(s) packaged securely to Imagine Design Associates Limited, Regency House, 2 Wood Street, Bath BA1 2JQ.

We DO NOT accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, therefore we strongly recommend that you send them by Registered Post and retain proof of posting. Please allow 2-3 days for your package to reach us and 5 working days upon our receipt of your package for your exchange to be issued. We DO NOT refund postage on Exchanges.
